"Unbelievable
Customer service. In this day and age of lacking customer service,
I wanted to tell you about an experience I had during the Christmas
holiday. I had ordered my wife some items and after two weeks, they
had not arrived. I checked the tracking number I was given and
unfortunately, it did not provide me any information. When I contacted
SUNRISE MELODIES, CO. that sold me the items, they got back to me
within a few hours and they were extremely personable. I could tell,
by the use of my name and the tone of the email, that this was not
your ordinary sales department. They treated me like a person, not
just another customer. The letter was not a form letter and they
didn't just "fill in the blank". They informed me that the Post Office
hadn't been updating the tracking information and SUNRISE MELODIES,
CO. was able to find out more information for me. As it turns out,
that day my package arrived! I emailed back the person I had been
corresponding with letting them know that I had received my package.
When I opened my package, I found that one of the items was damaged. I
could tell that it wasn't due to the way the item was packaged when it
was shipped, because extra care had been taken to package it securely.
It was obvious that the damage had happened at the manufacturer. I
didn't want to raise a big stink about it, because the damage was
minor, but I did feel that it was important to let SUNRISE MELODIES,
CO. know.
I received a response from the company that absolutely blew me away.
They were kind and receptive towards my comments and they were
extremely friendly as well. I'm writing this to you because I feel
that companies like this deserve more business, as they show what true
